Doing All We Can to Stay Connected

Dear Ascension Parishioners,

This Sunday, June 14, at 10:30 AM, we will gather at Ascension for an outdoor Unity Mass (bilingual) to celebrate the Feast of Corpus Christi, the Body and Blood of Christ.

It seems like an important and appropriate time for us to come together at our parish home in North Minneapolis to celebrate our beloved community. We must, however, limit the size of the gathering to 250 people, following state guidelines. All COVID-19 protocols and precautions will be observed.

We will be seated as family units, six feet apart from others.

Please bring a chair for each member of your party.

Please bring and wear a mask.

Other than for handicapped parking, the school parking lot will be closed.

Seating will begin at 9:15 at an entrance at 17th and Bryant.

Should you not be able to join us, the Mass will be livestreamed as usual. Watch live on our YouTube channel. After the live event, a link to the recording is available on our website and YouTube.

We look forward to this celebration of our unity in faith, hope, and love.

Sincerely yours in Christ,

Fr. Dale Korogi, Pastor

Patty Stromen, Parish Administrator
